Everything planned.</p><p>THE WORK:</p><ul><li>Installing mini-split heat pumps (no fossil fuels)</li><li>HRV/ERV systems for each unit</li><li>New construction = clean, accessible locations</li><li>Same building layouts = efficient installation</li><li>Commissioning and balancing</li></ul><p>THE SETUP:</p><ul><li>All equipment on-site when you arrive</li><li>Refrigerant lines pre-cut to length</li><li>Laborers position units (you&#39;re not a furniture mover)</li><li>Clear mechanical plans showing everything</li><li>Site super coordinates hole drilling with framers</li><li>Weekly pay + bonuses for efficient work</li></ul><p>Example: HRV install estimated at 8 hours. You nail it in 6 hours? Get paid for 8.5 hours.
