This role partners closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure HR programs, policies, and practices align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement and performance.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support both current and future business objectives.</li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and associates, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.</li><li>Lead and conduct <b><strong>internal employee investigations</strong></b>, ensuring fair and compliant resolution of workplace issues.</li><li>Oversee compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices, including audits and process reviews.</li><li>Manage staffing, succession planning, and employee development programs, including coaching and training managers on hiring, performance reviews, terminations, promotions, and workplace safety.</li><li>Administer compensation and benefits systems, HRMS updates, performance management processes, and annual engagement or evaluation cycles.</li><li>Foster strong relationships with site and regional leadership, HR teams, and cross-functional departments to promote collaboration and best practices.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Who You Are:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certifications are a plus.</li><li>Extensive experience in human resources management, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or operational environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, employee relations, and best practices.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive employee issues, conflict resolution, and internal investigations.</li><li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coaching skills.</li></ul><p><br /></p></p>Company Description<p>Altis Recruitment represents the nation’s top talent for contract, temporary and permanent work within the areas of: Finance and accounting, construction and property management, administration, IT and senior-specialized roles.
