Support a leading printing industry client on-site in Winnipeg, providing Tier 2 technical assistance in a dynamic and bilingual environment. <b>Responsibilities:</b><b><br></b>

<br>• Provide first-level help desk support by telephone.<br>
<br>• Assist sales personnel with client-specific software and internal tools.<br>
<br>• Troubleshoot issues in a Microsoft Windows environment.<br>
<br>• Gain proficiency in client-specific systems and workflows.<br>
<br>• Deliver effective technical assistance.<br>
<br>• Maintain a professional and helpful approach in a casual work environment.<br>

<b>What you will need to succeed:</b><br>

<br>• Community college diploma or equivalent required. <br>
<br>• Driver's license and access to a personal vehicle required.<br>
<br>• 1+ year of help desk or technical support experience.<br>
<br>• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and general business applications.<br>
<br>• Familiarity with basic computer network infrastructure is an asset.<br>
<br>• Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages is an asset.<br>
<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills.<br>
<br>• Good interpersonal skills.<br>
