<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p>Salary: <br /><p>We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of Gundrill Operator at Accurate Manufacturing 4.0. Inc.</p><p><br /></p><p>The Gundrill Operator is responsible for setting up, programming, and operating a multi-axis Gundrill machine while working within tight tolerances to ensure the highest quality product for our customers.</p><p><br /></p><p>The Gundrill Operator reports directly to the CNC Leader.</p><p><br /></p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Setting-up, programming and operating multi-axis gundrills</li><li>Communicating tooling needs</li><li>Working within tight deadlines and scheduling requirements</li><li>Maintaining a clean and organized work area, which includes the machines within their cell</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years experience gundrilling</li><li>Lemoine experience an asset</li><li>Selca controller experience an asset</li><li>Strong work ethic</li><li>Able to follow line-up from leader and learn company procedures</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li><li>Able to work independently or as part of a team</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and able to ensure quality standards are upheld</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Company Overview:</p><p>Accurate Manufacturing 4.0 Inc. has been specializing in grinding steel to complete custom plate orders for many years,and we are expanding our area of specialization.
