About the Role


Affirm – Content Enablement Manager within the GTM Enablement team, part of Revenue Operations & Analytics (ROA).


What You’ll Do



  • Lead narrative development: Own copy, structure, and creative direction for core pitch materials.

  • Deliver actionable competitive insights: Aggregate and synthesize competitive intelligence, produce battlecards and slides.

  • Elevate sales content with data: Source and integrate industry research, product metrics, and market data.

  • Orchestrate strategic proposals: Manage RFP software, coordinate merchant proposals, and align messaging.

  • Partner cross‑functionally: Collaborate with Revenue, Product Marketing, and Analytics.

  • Stay ahead of trends: Monitor industry, macroeconomic, and regulatory developments to embed timely insights.


What We Look For



  • 6+ years of B2B marketing, enablement, or client‑facing experience in fintech, payments, BNPL, or high‑growth SaaS.

  • Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and executive‑level materials that drive engagement and business outcomes.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for clarity, structure, and visual storytelling.

  • Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives that blend data, creativity, and commercial strategy.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to support and refine persuasive messaging.

  • Ability to adapt quickly, take initiative, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.


Compensation


Base Pay Grade – L, Equity Grade – 5. Base pay $125,000–$175,000 per year with equity rewards and monthly tech spending as part of total compensation.
