<p>Job Title: Graduate / Intern Architect<br>Location: Calgary, Alberta<br>Architecture & Design Firm<br>Salary: 55k - 65k + benefits<br>About The Role<br>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented<br>Graduate / Intern Architect<br>to join our design team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of architectural projects from concept through construction, gaining hands-on experience under the supervision of licensed architects. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, eager to learn, and committed to developing a professional career in architecture. This firm is well established in Canada with a strong portfolio of work across multiple sectors.</p><p>THE JOB</p><ul><li>Assist project teams in the preparation of drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentations.</li><li>Contribute to the development of design concepts, schematic layouts, and detailed documentation.</li><li>Support coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients.</li><li>Participate in site visits, field reviews, and construction administration activities.</li><li>Research materials, building systems, and design standards as needed.</li><li>Ensure all work complies with building codes, local regulations, and firm standards.</li><li>Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality design outcomes on schedule.</li></ul><p>What's Required</p><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program in Canada, with a high GPA result (3.3+)</li><li>Possess a strong portfolio of work showing a high level of design sensibility</li><li>Enrollment in an architectural internship or licensing program (preferred), or eligible to become enrolled.</li><li>Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or Rhino.</li><li>Strong design, visualization, and technical drawing skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior staff.</li></ul><p>What You Get In Return</p><ul><li>Exposure to diverse project types and design stages</li><li>Mentorship from experienced registered architects.</li><li>Support for professional development and AAA internship hours.</li><li>Collaborative and inclusive team culture.</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li><li>Some flexibility</li></ul><p>What To Do Now<br>If you believe you are a fit for this role, click apply now.
