Job Title: Global Clinical Distribution LeadJob Description

As a Global Clinical Distribution Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end distribution of clinical trial materials, ensuring timely delivery to over 600 trials across a global network of 24 depots. This role supports the clinical supply chain and upholds a patient-focused mission.

• Ensure the on-time delivery of clinical inventory worldwide.
• Participate in and lead distribution-related cross-functional team meetings.
• Resolve operational and system issues impacting delivery.
• Coordinate network depot supplies with Clinical Demand and Supply Leaders.
• Drive process improvements and projects within the global distribution strategy.
• Maintain accuracy in the CLARA system and perform system diagnostics.
• Operate within GMP compliance, handling quality incidents, CAPAs, and changes.

• 3–5 years of experience in clinical trial management, logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain, preferably in pharma/biotech.
• Strong abilities in SAP/IT systems and diagnostics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain preferred.

• Certifications such as APICS, SCOR, or Lean/Six Sigma.
• Experience in cross-functional, cross-cultural, and agile environments.
• Experience with IMP (drugs in a clinical trial) and UMP (drugs not in trials).

This is an onsite role at the Mississauga Campus, requiring presence at least three times a week, with flexibility on which days. The start time needs to align with core hours.

This is a Contract position based out of Mississauga, ON.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
