We're seeking General Labourers to join our client's team in the Truro Area

What We Offer:

• Salary from $17-$20/hr depending on industry
• Full-time, part-time, or seasonal positions available.
• May require early mornings, evening shifts, weekends, or overtime
• Work may be indoors or outdoors depending on the industry.

What You'll Do:

• Load, unload, and move materials and products manually or using equipment.
• Clean and prepare work sites by removing debris and hazards.
• Assist skilled tradespeople and machine operators as required.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping duties.
• Pack and sort materials and products.
• Help set up and take down equipment or structures.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.

What We're Looking For:

• No formal education required; high school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
• Previous experience in general labour or similar work is an advantage.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions or environments.
