CRDN of BC Interior and Vancouver Island is a professional content restoration company providing cleaning and restoration services for residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, smoke, or mold damage. We are currently hiring a General Labourer to support our restoration operations.
This role involves hands-on physical work, including packing, cleaning, moving, and restoring customers belongings while maintaining safety and professionalism.
Salary: to be based upon applicant's experience
Work Location: Kelowna and Vancouver Island, BC
Key Responsibilities
Pack, label, move, and transport contents from damaged properties
Clean and restore items affected by fire, smoke, water, or mold
Load and unload materials, equipment, and contents
Perform general labour duties at job sites and warehouse
Follow all health and safety regulations (including PPE use)
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, vehicles, and equipment
Work respectfully in customers homes and businesses
Assist team members as required
Job Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Physically capable of standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in restoration environments
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Flexible availability (may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends)
Valid Class 5 drivers licence (asset but not required)
Experience & Training
Previous experience in restoration, moving, construction, or cleaning is an asset.
