BOXX Modular rents, leases, repairs, renovates and sells temporary and permanent modular buildings, including standard buildings ready for immediate delivery and custom-designed solutions: Mobile office trailers Office complexes Portable classroom buildings Relocatable buildings Temporary offices Medical and special use buildings for government and private industry Duties at minimum: Cleaning of office trailers and furniture we provide - wash floors, windows, walls, sweep, wax and buff. Lifting up to 50 lbs required to assist in loading stairs and furniture into modular buildings. Duties for someone more qualified or experienced: Ability to be a spotter when moving equipment. Change deadbolts and door handles. Do VCT floor repair work. Change drywall panel. Replace baseboard or casing. Any experience replacing exterior siding. Hanging doors. Ability to use power tools.
