Forklift Operator/Driver

Job Description

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing company, is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator/Driver to join their team. As a Forklift Operator/Driver, you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations team supporting efficient inventory management and transportation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Operator/Driver
Location: Delta, BC
Pay Range: $23/hr
Shift: Available for either AM or PM shift

What's the Job?

• Operate a 5-ton truck safely and efficiently within warehouse and delivery environments.
• Utilize sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload materials as required.
• Enter basic data into SAP system accurately and promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Valid forklift certification and ability to operate sit-down forklifts proficiently.
• Experience driving a 5-ton truck is preferred.
• Basic technical skills, including familiarity with SAP or similar data entry systems.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team.
