Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of all food items following set recipes.</li><li>Ensure leftover food is stored and labeled properly following kitchen policies and procedures.</li><li>Follow proper food handling in accordance with the company protocol.</li><li>Maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring safe use of all equipment and materials.</li><li>Clean and properly sanitize dinnerware, equipment, and kitchen area thoroughly. </li><li>Proactive in following safety and accident reporting procedures.</li><li>Other tasks as required.</li></ul>
<br>Requirements:<ul><li>Over one year of experience with food preparation or food related services is required.</li><li>Strong acumen to adhere to all food safety polices and procedures.</li><li>Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform some light physical labor, such as lifting and carrying kitchen supplies. </li><li>Experience with proper knife handling, and the knowledge of temperature control of food productions is an asset.</li><li>Positive attitude with the ability to communication clearly with staff and management.</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li></ul>
