We invest in our employees through training programs and offer:</p><ul><li>Competitive Wages</li><li>Group Benefits Plan, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability, that start on the first day of work (no waiting period)</li><li>Paid Vacation and Sick days (vacation is negotiable based on experience)</li><li>Company Pension Plan (after 6 months)</li><li>Employee discounts on cars, services, and Lounsbury Furniture</li><li>Career growth and continuous development</li></ul><p></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Review credit applications and work with customers to provide an affordable vehicle that meets their needs.</li><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with our lenders.</li><li>Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented with products and services.</li><li>Present warranties, insurances, and other beneficial products offered by the dealership.</li><li>Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase experience.</li><li>Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.</li></ul><p></p><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent, is required.</li><li>Additional education in finance-specific courses, is an asset.</li><li>Experience in the automotive industry & the financial industry.</li><li>A proven ability to build a working relationship with financial institutions.</li><li>Must be well-spoken and have the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in all business settings.</li><li>Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, commission, etc.</li><li>The prioritization skills necessary to use time effectively and set action plans to achieve business targets.</li><li>Bilingual in English and French is a requirement</li><li>Must have a valid driver&#39;s licenses and a clean driver&#39;s abstract</li></ul></p></p>
