With over a century of service, we're committed to safe, reliable, and sustainable power delivery.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Your Role:</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with ESA Regulation 22/04 and internal procedures.</li><li>Conduct safety meetings, onsite inspections, and incident investigations; recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate hazardous conditions.</li><li>Plan and schedule overhead and underground construction and maintenance activities.</li><li>Coordinate emergency repairs and system restorations.</li><li>Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.</li><li>Review and interpret electrical drawings and designs.</li><li>Support design team with field interpretations and billing.</li><li>Mentor design team members. Maintain positive customer and stakeholder relationships.</li><li>Inspect materials, workmanship, and safety practices for compliance with standards.</li><li>Issue deficiency notices and ensure corrective actions.</li><li>Validate completion packages including as-builts, documentation, and material returns.</li><li>Collaborate with design teams during planning and construction phases.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Red Seal Power Line Technician certification.</li><li>Supervisory experience in a utility environment </li><li>Knowledge of Toronto Hydro distribution systems (13.8kV, 27.6kV, 4kV, Network & Box Systems).</li><li>Familiarity with Utility Work Protection Code (UWPC).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Occupational Health & Safety Certification.</li><li>Valid driver's licence.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>What You'll Get in Return</b></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Short team Contract with potential for extension.</li><li>Competitive pay range.</li></ul><p></p>Create Your Resume First
