<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> Assisting in the line operation of extrusion equipment used to product HDPE pipe in accordance with established Infra Pipe procedures, policies, and standards.</p><p> Packaging pipe in accurate pallet sizes and quantities and document production.</p><p> Maintaining inventory of material, transferring, and loading material for production.</p><p> Performing quality checks to pipe products, ensuring they meet Infra Pipe quality standards.</p><p> Troubleshooting, maintaining, and making minor repairs to equipment, as required.</p><p> Maintaining safe working conditions by ensuring a clean working area and reporting any issues to supervisor.</p><p> Actively participate in all Health & Safety training and promote a safe work environment.</p><p> Participate in all 5-S and Lean Manufacturing initiatives, as promoted by Infra Pipe.</p><p>Language of Work: English (spoken and written)</p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><p><strong>We are looking for candidates who meets the following minimum requirements:</strong></p><p> Minimum of 1 year of work experience in plastic extrusion, thermoforming or injection molding.</p><p> Basic computer skills.</p><p><strong>Required Education:</strong></p><p> Completion of a high school degree or equivalent required.</p><p><strong>Work Conditions:</strong></p><p>Please note that this job requires good mobility and involves considerable routine walking, standing for long periods, bending, and heavy lifting.</p><p>Candidates must be flexible to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts or other shifts as needed.</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p> Benefits are offered through the company&#39;s benefit plan</p><p> Vacation: 15 days of paid vacation per year, to start.</p><p> Other: Disability, Dental, Extended Medical, Life, and Travel Insurance. Company pension matches up to 5% of salary. Our company also offers an incentive to all Extruder Operators where they can earn up to $1.50 for each hour worked, payable quarterly.</p></p></p>
