<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p><strong>The Executive <span >Assistant/Operations</span> Coordinator </strong>will work directly with the founder and leadership team to manage priorities, protect time, and ensure that key initiatives actually get completed. You’ll act as a central hub between leadership, internal team members, and external partners.</p><p><br /></p><p>This is not a passive admin role. You will be expected to think, anticipate, and execute.</p><b>Compensation:</b><p>$55,000 yearly</p><b>Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, inbox, and priorities</li><li>Coordinate internal meetings, agendas, follow-ups, and accountability</li><li>Track action items across teams and ensure deadlines are met</li><li>Assist with documentation, SOPs, and process organization</li><li>Support hiring, onboarding, and internal communications</li><li>Liaise with vendors, partners, and professional advisors</li><li>Maintain organization across multiple business entities</li><li>Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest improvements</li></ul><b>Qualifications:</b><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li>Close attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture</li><li>Confident communicator (written and verbal)</li><li>Comfortable holding others accountable in a professional way</li><li>Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, task management tools, CRM/project tools)</li><li>Ability to work independently and make judgment calls</li><li>Experience supporting an executive or leadership team preferred</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in real estate, property management, or ventureship</li><li>Familiarity with EOS or other operating systems</li><li>Process improvement or operations background</li></ul><b>About Company</b><br /><p>We are a growing real estate and property management group overseeing multiple operating companies across property management, acquisitions, and investment partnerships.
