Job Summary:

The ERP Sustainment Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and ongoing support of HSIO’s global ERP environment. This role leads day-to-day ERP sustainment operations, including incident management, user support, vendor coordination, and operational prioritization across support, enhancements, and minor initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own global ERP production support and sustainment activities
- Lead resolution of high-severity incidents and production outages
- Provide leadership and backup coverage for ERP support resources
- Manage ERP AMS vendors and system integrators
- Prioritize operational support, enhancements, and minor initiatives
- Monitor support metrics and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 7+ years ERP production support experience
- 3+ years leadership or managerial experience
- Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with QAD ERP
- Experience supporting global organizations
- Familiarity with ITIL practices
