Job Description
Reporting to the Leader, Compliance, the vacant, Enterprise Compliance, Testing & Controls, Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining Interac’s enterprise compliance testing & controls program. You will lead business units and corporate functions in the identification of key compliance controls. You will execute against a 3-year strategic plan designed to build a technology-driven regulatory compliance management framework that effectively manages regulatory risk while maintaining a right-sized, scalable, and highly efficient operational footprint. You will build and maintain an inventory of compliance controls mapped to applicable compliance obligations. You will design and lead a risk-based 3-year compliance testing plan. You will implement a monitoring program that provides real-time and data-driven line of sight into the status of compliance obligations and associated risks. You will bring deep awareness and knowledge of applicable regulatory standards as well as cross-industry compliance best practices. You will provide compliance oversight on corporate functions as well as support and standardization for product compliance verticals. You will focus on enhancing control oversight and compliance practices utilizing automation and proactive detection mechanisms. This is a fast-paced senior compliance role which requires strong analytical skills, ability to lead, and in-depth compliance experience. years of hands-on experience as a In-depth experience designing, implementing, and executing compliance testing programs.
