<p>MAV Beauty, home to Marc Anthony True Professional, Sky Organics, Cake Beauty, Renpure and The Mane Choice, is seeking a Manager of Ecommerce to support and expand the company’s digital presence across multiple online channels. <h3>Base pay range</h3>
<p>CA$75,000.00/yr - CA$105,000.00/yr</p>
<h3>Overview</h3>
<p>The Manager of Ecommerce will support daily operations across Amazon, retailer.com platforms, and emerging marketplaces. The role involves content updates, analytics, channel support, and cross‑functional collaboration. Success requires a proactive mindset, strong teamwork, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. This position is based in the office 4 days a week and 1 day working from home.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist with forecasting, promotional planning, pricing updates, and inventory coordination</li>
<li>Assist in managing on‑site advertising</li>
<li>Contribute to e‑commerce initiatives, merchandising improvements, and site updates</li>
<li>Update and optimize product listings, imagery, copy, and enhanced content</li>
<li>Support brand content refreshes and onsite storytelling</li>
<li>Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Creative, and Sales teams</li>
<li>Coordinate with external agencies to support e‑commerce or digital marketing efforts</li>
<li>Monitor key e‑commerce KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue, ROAS, and in‑stock rates</li>
<li>Support reporting, dashboards, and performance insights</li>
<li>Assist with evaluating and onboarding new marketplace platforms</li>
<li>Help test and scale new opportunities within the broader marketplace ecosystem</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, CPG, retail, or a related field</li>
<li>Experience or familiarity with Amazon (Vendor Central, Seller Central, or Amazon Advertising)</li>
<li>Demonstrated career progression through roles with increasing responsibility</li>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li>
<li>Ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, less‑structured, entrepreneurial environment</li>
<li>Comfort in interpreting e‑commerce and digital KPIs</li>
<li>Strong organizational and project‑management abilities</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience</li>
</ul>
