About the Role
We are seeking a creative and driven E-Commerce & Market Research Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a key part in developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.
What Youll Do
- Launch and manage online marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- Track performance metrics and tweak campaigns for better reach and ROI.
- Manage and update product listings on Amazon, Shopify, Faire, and Walmart platforms.
- Track sales performance and optimize listings for better visibility and conversions.
- Run promotions and online campaigns to boost traffic and sales.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry/ social trends to support strategic planning and business growth.
- Prepare clear research reports and insights for internal teams to guide decision-making.
What You Bring
- A diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience managing social media or digital marketing.
- Great copywriting skills and an eye for design.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Canva, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus.
- A data-driven mindset and passion for growth.
- Experience managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopify, Faire, or Walmart is a strong asset.
- A sound knowledge of social media marketing and content trends will be considered a strong asset.
