<p>Our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.</p> <p>Job Location: Silema, Malta</p> <p>Work Type: Hybrid</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time, Permanent</p> <p>Working Hours: GMT +1</p> <p>Salary: Base + Benefits (Paid in Euros €)</p> <p>Relocation: VISA & Relocation Package Included</p> <p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations development and support.</li><li>Strong knowledge of X++ programming language and experience with extensions and customizations.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and data management practices.</li><li>Experience with integration tools and techniques, including Data Entities and Power Platform.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li><li>Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations are a plus.</li><li> Willing to travel abroad when required</li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.</li><li>Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements to the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations applications.</li><li>Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance standards are met.</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.</li><li>Train and mentor junior team members on Dynamics 365 functionalities and development practices.</li><li>To carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the Practice management team. </li><li>Represent MBS in a professional and positive manner at all times. </li><li>Within your role, you have the responsibility of protecting all information that is shared with you in the course of your association with our client.</li></ul> <p>Microsoft Business Solutions Overview</p> <p>Your long-term future is every bit as important to our client as it is to you.
