<p>Our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in Microsoft software implementations for medium to large organisations, providing their clients with the ability to keep up with the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>The role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations - Consultant - 1 to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team. </p> <p>Job Location: Silema, Malta</p> <p>Work Type: Hybrid</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time, Permanent</p> <p>Working Hours: GMT +1</p> <p>Salary: Base + Benefits (Paid in Euros €)</p> <p>Relocation: VISA & Relocation Package Included</p> <p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Degree Level of Education </li><li>Microsoft Dynamics certifications in Finance Module</li><li>A minimum of 3 years of experience in consultancy or 1 end to end implementations </li><li>Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies </li><li>Base knowledge of LCS and Azure DevOps </li><li>Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle </li><li>Strong MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus) </li><li>Strong experience in Finance Modules on FO </li><li>Strong Client Relationship Management </li><li>Good communication and presentation skills </li><li>Agile learner </li><li>Promotes the Values of our company </li><li>Excellent written and verbal English language skills </li><li>Strong organisation and prioritisation skills </li><li>Resilient and comfortable working in fast changing environments </li><li>Team player and able to work on own initiative</li><li>Prepared to Travel </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalise deliverables </li><li>Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing </li><li>Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation. </li><li>Involvement in full end-to-end implementations and all phases of project life cycle </li><li>Involvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations </li><li>Assist with (or lead) the gathering and documentation of functional requirements and completion of gap/fit analysis </li><li>Contribute to and/or creation of solution documentation </li><li>Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues </li><li>Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project </li><li>Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficial </li><li>Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered </li><li>Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors </li><li>Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training </li><li>Represent our client in a professional and positive manner at all times </li><li>Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO </li><li>Demonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities </li><li>Within your role, you have the responsibility of protecting all information that is shared with you in the course of your association with our client.</li></ul> <p>Microsoft Business Solutions Overview</p> <p>Your long-term future is every bit as important to our client as it is to you.
