At Lexus On The Park, our focus is to ensure all guests receive the best product and best automotive value, by providing prompt, precise service to all of our customers.</p><p>As an Drive-Thru Attendant a typical day might include the following:</p><ul><li>Welcoming guests in the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor</li><li>Answer customers inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or location</li><li>Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe service drive-thru area, free of water and snow</li><li>Assists Lot Attendant with duties at the service counter</li><li>Administrative duties such as: filing, copying, scanning documents and distributing mail/courier packages</li><li>Maintain records of maintenance performed, parts and supplies used</li><li>Build a strong relationships with customers and dealership employees</li><li>Greet customers promptly and courteously in the drive-thru area.</li><li>Assist service advisors with small tasks as needed.</li><li>Move vehicles safely to and from the service shop and lot.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the drive-thru area.</li><li>Assist guests with various requests to enhance their experience.</li><li>Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li><li>Perform other duties as required/requested by management</li></ul><p>This position might be right for you if:</p><ul><li>A valid G class license with a clean drivers abstract</li><li>1-2 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player</li><li>Willingness to learn about new car technologies</li><li>Attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to multitask</li><li>Excellent time management skills with attention to detail</li><li>A high level of motivation, positive energy and strong customer service skills</li></ul><p>Compensation</p><ul><li>Group Benefit Plan after three months of employment</li><li>Management support</li><li>Training programs</li><li>Great team-oriented atmosphere</li></ul><p><em>In accordance with Ontario's Employment Standards Act (ESA) requirements, we confirm that this job posting is for an existing position within our organization.</em></p><p><em>We are committed to upholding the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
