<p><b>Position: Divisional Full-Time Professional Truck Driver | Grimsby, ON</b><br></p>Compensation<br><p>· Weekly guarantee: $1,350,<b> </b><b>Available five days a week.</b><br></p><p>· Trip pay: Varies by lane. Primary lanes are east of Grimsby to<b> </b><b>Syracuse or Buffalo</b>, New York (NY),<b> Camp Hill,</b> Pennsylvania (PA), and Windsor Locks, CT. Exact trip rates will be provided with route assignments.<br></p><p>· If weekly trip earnings exceed the $1,350 guarantee, the higher amount is paid.<br></p><p>· Paid weekly, direct deposit.<br></p>
Shifts, Schedule, and Flexibility<br><p>· Start times: 5:00 AM or 5:00 PM.<br></p><p>· Workweek: 5<b> </b><b>Day availability</b><br></p><p>· Home time: Regular home time expected, with most runs completed same day or<b> </b><b>overnight</b>.<br></p><p>· Equipment: Majority daycab runs, though occasional overnight trips may require<b> </b><b>sleeping in a sleeper truck or hotel provided</b> when operationally necessary.<br></p><p>· Flexibility: Must be willing to adjust start times, shifts, or days on short notice to meet operational needs, and accept occasional alternate schedules as required.<br></p>
Routes & Duty<br><p>· Primary lanes: East of Grimsby to Syracuse, New York, Pennsylvania, and Windsor Locks.<br></p><p>· <b>Occasionally Iowa, Minnesota or Regina, SK for vacation coverage and sick calls.</b><br></p><p>· Commodity: No touch, general freight, pin to pin<b> </b><b>or trailer switches.</b><br></p><p>· Duties: Safe, on-time cross-border driving, basic load checks, paperwork completion, and timely communication with dispatch and customer contacts.<br></p>
Required Qualifications<br><p>· License: AZ or equivalent heavy commercial license valid in Ontario.<br></p><p>· Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.<br></p><p>· Cross border:<b> </b><b>PR Card</b> or Passport required; FAST card preferred.<br></p><p>· Safety credentials: Current CVOR and 3-year Driver Abstract.<br></p><p>· Testing: Subject to applicable Canadian and U.S. drug and alcohol testing requirements.<br></p><p>· Physical: Light physical work.<br></p><p>· <b>Comfortable with driver-facing camera.</b><br></p><p>· Attributes: Clear communicator, professional attitude, strong team player.<br></p><p>· Training: Must participate in ongoing training and safety programs.<br></p>
