Adecco is actively seeking a strategic and people-focused <strong>Director, People Operations</strong> to lead HR operations across two business units in Calgary and Banff, AB. This hands-on role will enhance the employee experience, streamline processes, ensure compliance, and implement scalable, values-driven programs in a dynamic, high-growth environment.<br><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> Calgary, AB with travel to Banff for meetings <br></li><li><strong>Shift:</strong> Monday-Friday<br></li><li><strong>Job type:</strong> Permanent Full-time<br></li></ul><strong>Responsibilities: </strong><br><ul><li>Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals and market trends<br></li><li>Partner with Shared Services to ensure compliance and complete Total Rewards reviews across locations<br></li><li>Lead HRIS, payroll, and Workday optimization to enhance integration, automation, and scalability<br></li><li>Conduct audits to align cost efficiencies with employee experience strategy and budget<br></li><li>Drive workforce planning and change management to support business growth<br></li><li>Develop data-driven dashboards and monitor KPIs to inform strategic decisions and improve service delivery<br></li><li>Promote a respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe workplace across seasonal and year-round teams<br></li><li>Lead resolution of complex employee relations issues while ensuring consistent policy application and legal compliance<br></li></ul><strong>Requirements: </strong><br><ul><li>Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.<br></li><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration; MBA is an asset<br></li><li>CHRP or other HR designations preferred; PCP designation is an asset<br></li><li>10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including HR operations oversight, system realignments, and compliance<br></li><li>5+ years managing Workday or similar enterprise HRIS platforms<br></li><li>Proven track record in HR transformation and scaling operations in multi-site or seasonal businesses<br></li><li>Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills<br></li><li>Experience in hospitality, adventure tourism, or seasonal workforce environments is a plus<br></li><li>Reliable vehicle required for travel between sites<br></li></ul>Don't miss out on this <strong> Director, People Operations </strong> position in Calgary, AB .
