Director of Care (RN) – Long-Term Care - Windsor, ON
We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Director of Care (DOC) to lead our clients nursing team in providing exceptional, resident-focused care.
What you’ll do :
Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver outstanding care.
Ensure compliance with Ontario’s Fixing Long-Term Care Act and ministry standards.
Oversee care planning, quality initiatives, and resident safety.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
What you bring :
RN in good standing with the CNO.
3+ years leadership experience in LTC or healthcare.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong HR / Compliance
Passion for seniors’ care.
