Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our team in an on-site role at our Greater Toronto Area, Canada location. The Dental Receptionist will handle appointment scheduling, greet patients, manage patient records, and answer phone calls professionally. Other daily responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks and supporting the team to ensure smooth clinic operations and outstanding patient service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
- Knowledge of Dental Care and patient-facing operations
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and work collaboratively in a team
- Experience in dental or healthcare industries is a plus
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with practice management software
