You&#39;ll deliver chairside excellence, maintain IPAC and operatory standards, and keep the day running smoothly for patients and providers.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Chairside assisting for exams, restorations, extractions (within scope), and urgent visits.</li><li>Prepare/turnover operatories; sterilization and reprocessing per IPAC standards.</li><li>Manage supply levels and daily operatory checklists; support equipment readiness.</li><li>Assist with radiographs, impressions, and documentation; support EMR workflows.</li><li>Provide calm, compassionate patient support and education.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Level II Dental Assistant with NDAEB certification (or provincial equivalent).</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of IPAC, sterilization, and radiation safety.</li><li>Strong organization, reliability, and communication skills; EMR familiarity is an asset.</li><li>Experience in mobile, community, or institutional clinics is an asset.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Neobridge Healthcare</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive clinic-block rates; flexible shifts across multiple regions.</li><li>Streamlined onboarding and supportive coordination team.</li><li>Meaningful work that directly improves access to dental care.</li></ul><p><strong>Contract Type & Schedule</strong><br /> Independent contractor; clinic blocks primarily weekdays/daytime with some evenings/weekends.
