Kaschls Culligan contains a retail store, warehouse, distribution centre and bottling plant. Our main products are bottled water, water filtration systems, coffee and Traeger products. Our Customer Service Representative/ Service Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of running our retail store, including assisting customers out with their products, product selections, and use of our self serve bottling machine. Our Customer Service Representative/ Service Coordinator is the face of the company and must establish and maintain a professional relationship with all parties involved in day to day operations.

Our Sales department sells our water conditioning systems, and coffee products to new and existing customers within our district. Our Service Technicians travel daily to install and maintenance this equipment. The Customer Service Representative/ Service Coordinator is responsible for booking all service work as soon as possible for the highest productivity working alongside the Sales Representatives, Sales Manager and Service Technicians as required.

Qualifications:
-Ability to work with minimal supervision.
-Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs.
-Criminal record check by RCMP.

Responsibilities:
-Leadership, supervisory, keeping all Service Technicians accountable.
-Coordinate with Sales department, Branch Manager and Technicians.
-Open and close the store.
-Answering phones and emails and forwarding them as required.
-Ringing in front end sales.
-Scheduling service installs and maintenance.
-Control local service inventory.
-Processing local warranty.
-Book service work in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
-Book call back repairs as required.
-Report call back and billable hours to Branch Manager weekly.
-Service file management.
-Culligan Customer Care.
-Gateway.
-Review & closing transaction batches for Service team.
-Providing customers invoices or service quotes.
-Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with customers.
-Entering service and sales invoices as needed.
-Closing transaction batches.
-Assuring all services and installs have been assigned to technicians and are completed.
-Meet with all technicians every morning to assure everyone is aware of the plan for the day.
-Host weekly team accountability meetings.
-Call any missed or rescheduled customers to inform them of changes of day, install or maintenance status etc.
-Maintain Watertight entries, payments, customer info.
-Ensure all store shelves are stocked.
-Samsara tracking of service Technicians.
-Customer service and in store selling.
-Basic office duties.
-Manage and maintain cleaning common areas (kitchen, office bathroom, store) daily ex: sweep and mop.
-Clean and maintain retail area ex: dusting at least 3 times per week
-Garbages in store and offices and bathroom.
-Coffee order picking.
-Book and maintain routing for new customers.
-Enter packing slips.
-Coordinate call in deliveries throughout the day.
-Provide customers with electronic invoices.
-Collect payments from customers and manage the till float.
-Maintain seasonal dcor in store.
-Entering invoices as needed.
-Maintain Watertight entries, payments, customer info, customer inquiries along with AR and AP.
