In all, AnswerNet has more than 10,000 satisfied clients, and we process over 125 million interactions per year.</p><p>Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:</p><p>Receive English inbound calls<br />Place outbound calls to existing English clients and customers<br />Answer questions from English customers and forward messages to clients<br />Meet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics<br />Maintaining a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients</p><p>Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:</p><p>Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills<br />Flexible availability (we are a 24/7 call center)<br />English candidate is required for this position<br />Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objectives<br />Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environment<br />Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly<br />Goal-oriented with professional work ethics<br />Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office<br />Leadership skills<br />Reliable transportation<br />Previous Customer Service experience<br />Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)</p><p></p></p></p>
