We are looking for a Customer Service Agent (Claims) to act as the first point of contact for insurance claims for our client, an independent store operator.
Work location: Laval
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., on-site
Salary: $48K and insurance after the probation period
Your role
- Assist operators and customers with claims (bodily injury, property damage, vehicle fleet)
- Coordinate and follow up on claims files
- Communicate with insurers, claims adjusters, and internal teams
- Answer calls and emails and handle complaints related to claims
- Provide administrative support to the Insurance and Claims department

- College diploma in secretarial studies or administration
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (telephone)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Organized, independent, diplomatic, and customer service-oriented
- Experience in insurance or claims management (an asset)
