Customer Experience Associate (18.75h) – Aylmer, Quebec, Canada


Work Location: Aylmer, Quebec, Canada


Hours: 18.75 per week


Line of Business: Personal & Commercial Banking


Pay: $22.50 – $28.33 CAD per hour


At TD Canada Trust, we are the frontline of TD Bank. On the branch, we understand customer needs, identify opportunities to promote products, and ensure a positive customer experience.


In This Role, You Will:



  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with TD’s operating procedures, industry regulations, and Code of Conduct.

  • Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.

  • Respond to and resolve customers’ concerns using standard procedures and escalating non‑standard activities when necessary.

  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely.

  • Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes.

  • Help build a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.

  • Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone updated on routine activities.

  • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where appropriate.


Job Requirements:



  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.

  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning, and time‑management skills for a fast‑paced environment.

  • Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.

  • Proactive initiative and accuracy to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.

  • Dynamic communicator with customer‑experience skills able to engage verbally and in writing with diverse audiences.


Language Requirement (Quebec Only): French
