Overview


Account Executive – Corporate Traveller, a Flight Centre Travel Group brand, is seeking to grow in North America within the SME market. You are a proven hunter and closer with a track record of quota attainment and overachievement. Our sales process focuses on problem solving and creating value for customers as soon as we engage with them. You’ll work with key decision makers on strategies and recommendations around our technology and customer service solutions.


Corporate Traveller is part of Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) and operates globally with offices across Australia, Canada, USA, UK, South Africa and New Zealand. The brand has been in the FCTG family for more than 26 years and supports our corporate travel division through a blend of personal, local service and our technology suite.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identifying, qualifying, and winning new business within our ideal customer profile

  • Maintaining an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline

  • Creating and maintaining relationships with key contacts in prospective accounts

  • Delivery of results against set objectives & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Implementing and utilizing tech stack to full capacity

  • Navigating educational pathways to continue your personal development within the travel industry

  • Leverage sales methodologies to uncover customer needs and use solution selling to win

  • Help cultivate an inclusive and accessible work environment for team members of all backgrounds

  • Participate in maintaining an inclusive work environment for Flighties, regardless of identities and lived experiences


Experience & Qualifications



  • Minimum 1+ years of quota-carrying experience in a full-cycle closing role, with proven ability in prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and active listening

  • Experience planning, developing, and executing business development strategies

  • Proven ability to deliver effective, value driven product demonstrations

  • Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives, both virtually and in person

  • Proficient with Salesforce and other sales automation and sales technology platforms

  • Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and supporting team growth

  • Collaborative team player with experience partnering cross-functionally with marketing, inside sales, customer success, operations, and enablement

Salary: We anticipate offering an annual salary of $75,000 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. On target earnings range from $75,000 to $94,000; total compensation is listed excluding benefits. This posting reflects an active vacancy we are seeking to fill.
