Job Description
<p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><ul>
<li>Strategic Leadership & Security Operations</li>
<li>Develop and implement the Group’s security strategy, policies and protocols across all properties and business units.</li>
<li>Oversee crisis management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.</li>
<li>Ensure protection of guests, employees, physical assets, and proprietary information. <b>Government & Regulatory Liaison</b></li>
<li>Build and maintain strong working relationships with government departments, law enforcement agencies, and regulatory authorities.</li>
<li>Act as the Group’s official representative in dealings with external agencies on security, compliance, and operational matters.</li>
<li>Ensure timely handling of licenses, NOCs, statutory permits, and legal formalities. <b>Risk Management & Compliance</b></li>
<li>Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for identified threats and vulnerabilities.</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure compliance with local and national laws, hospitality industry regulations, and corporate policies.</li>
<li>Lead audits and investigations related to security incidents and regulatory breaches. <b>Team Management & Coordination</b></li>
<li>Guide and supervise property-level security heads to ensure alignment with corporate protocols.</li>
<li>Train and mentor security personnel to enhance vigilance and preparedness.</li>
<li>Facilitate inter-departmental coordination for incident response and reporting. <b>Crisis & Incident Response</b></li>
<li>Lead incident response efforts during emergencies or crises, ensuring safety, communication, and documentation protocols are followed.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for major incidents affecting business operations.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Experience</h3>
<p>Minimum: 17–20 years in corporate security, liaison, or administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality, aviation, or high-risk service industries.</p>
<h3>Background</h3>
<p>Ex-Defence/Police/Paramilitary background preferred.</p>
<h3>Qualification</h3>
<p>Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Additional certifications in security management, risk assessment, or crisis management desirable.</p>
<p>Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proven ability to operate under pressure and handle sensitive matters with discretion.</p>
