If you do not meet the required education, experience and skills but have a combination of lived and professional experience, we encourage you to apply.</p><p></p><p>JOB SUMMARY</p><p>The Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of various Rick Hansen Foundation School Program (RHFSP) initiatives that empower K-12 educators and youth to be champions for disability inclusion and accessibility, including Ambassador presentations and the Rick & Amanda Hansen Scholarship for Youth with Disabilities.</p><p></p><p>WORKING RELATIONSHIPS </p><p>Reporting to the Manager, RHFSP, the Program Coordinator works closely with RHFSP team, Ambassador contractors and the Marketing and Communications team.</p><p></p><p>ALL STAFF: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><p>As an integral member of the RHF team and as expected of all staff, this position actively participates with:</p><ul><li>Strategy</li><li>Organizational Culture<ul><li>Contributes in regular sessions, develops goals, supports and implements action plans.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li>Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA)</li></ul><ul><li>Values</li></ul><ol><li> We Collaborate Authentically</li><li> We Engage Respectfully</li><li> We Keep Our Promises</li></ol><p><br /></p><p>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><ul><li>Acts as main point of contact for Ambassador speakers and monitors andresponds torequests received in the RHFSP and Ambassador email inboxes;</li><li>Ensures all Ambassador speaker information package documents and contracts are signed;</li><li> Coordinates dates, times and logistics for in-person and virtual Ambassador speaker presentations, webinars and Professional Development workshops;</li><li>Contributes to the development of content for Ambassador speaker presentations and assists with training;</li><li>Helps to ensure Ambassador presentations meet operational / funder goals and budgets;</li><li>Provides pre- and post-presentation activities and survey links;</li><li>Sets up Salesforce campaigns and accurately monitors performance;</li><li>Coordinates and administers the Rick & Amanda Hansen Scholarship for Youth with Disabilities;</li><li>Acts as main point of contact for scholarship applicants and recipients;</li><li> Provides support with RHFSP Salesforce database management, including <span >enteringinformationandreporting</span>; </li><li> Distributes Educator E-Learning course licenses;</li><li> Ensures all new resources are uploaded in online resource library;</li><li>Coordinates and distributes program Advisory Committee agendas and meeting minutes;</li><li>Works with Marcom team to coordinate all program collateral inventory, printing and distribution;</li><li> Provides general team support including assistance with IT requests, marketing and communications, events, webinars and meetings;</li><li>Assistswith preparing POs contracts and processing invoices;</li><li>Works on research and other special projects as required; and</li></ul><ul><li>Performs other related duties in keeping with the purpose and accountabilities of the position.</li></ul><p></p><p>QUALIFICATIONS</p><p>An equivalent combination of education, experience and skills/behaviours will be considered.</p><p><br /></p><p>Education: University degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p><p></p><p><span >Certification/Designations:</span> None.</p><p></p><p><span >Experience/Knowledge:</span></p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of related experience;</li><li>Demonstrated experience with program coordination and/or event planning, engagement and relationship management;</li><li>Computer experience including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, virtual meeting/webinar technology (i.e., Zoom, MS Teams).
