In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a positive dining experience. You will play a vital part in our restaurant's success by delivering high-quality food and service, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards.</p><p>Duties</p><ul><li>Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.</li><li>Assist with food preparation and meal preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to recipes and portion sizes.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.</li><li>Handle food safely according to health regulations and company policies.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.</li><li>Uphold high standards of customer service throughout the dining experience.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.</li><li>Experience in cooking or kitchen operations is a plus but not mandatory.</li><li>A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing excellent customer service is essential.</li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
