<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<li>Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for European entities</li>
<li>Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with local GAAP and IFRS</li>
<li>Collaborate with local finance teams and external auditors to ensure timely and accurate reporting</li>
<li>Provide insights and analysis to the CFO on financial performance and variances</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in Germany, Denmark, and the UK</li>
<li>Utilize SAP and, ideally, Datev for financial consolidation and reporting</li>
<li>Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation</li> <p>TMGCT</p> <p><p><b>Job Requirements:</b></p></p> <li>CPA or equivalent designation</li>
<li>Proven senior-level controllership experience</li>
<li>Hands-on support of European entities (Germany preferred)</li>
<li>Familiarity with Datev (German reporting tool) – strong asset</li>
