Job Description
Duties
- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and operating power tools
- Load and unload materials and equipment at the construction site
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Follow instructions from supervisors and perform tasks in a timely manner
- Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments
Note: Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
