Responsibilities:



  • Lead land and site development design and analysis to meet client requirements, including sewer design, water distribution system design, grading analysis, and stormwater management design.

  • Write technical reports to support consulting work.

  • Manage Civil Engineering staff day to day.

  • Provide technical assistance and ensure the delivery of consistent, quality products to clients.

  • Offer design and constructability feedback and guidance.

  • Mentor and support team members.


Requirements:



  • Degree in Civil Engineering

  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, including Project and Team Management

  • Comprehensive understanding of regulations, standards, and legislation related to Land Development projects

  • Excellent attention to detail and independent judgment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Team player approach to management, design, and problem-solving

  • Strong time management and organizational skills
