The Role: Culinary Leader (Chef)
We’re looking for dynamic, driven Culinary Leaders to join our new and growing Canadian team. As a Chef at CPK, you will play a key role in the success of a multi-million-dollar restaurant — leading 20–50 team members while cultivating a culture of passion, performance, and positivity.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing a high-performing BOH team
- Upholding the highest standards in food quality, consistency, and safety
- Executing strategic plans and driving results across product, profit, experience, and environment
- Actively recruiting and retaining top culinary talent
- Contributing to the launch of new restaurant locations in Canada
What You Bring
- 1–3+ years in a Culinary Leadership or Kitchen Manager Role
- A proven track record of coaching and building strong teams
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Certified in Food Safe and Health & Safety
- Passion for hospitality and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to support new store openings across the country
