Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Carpenter Laborer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, physically capable, and comfortable working on active construction sites. This role supports skilled trades and helps ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction tasks such as site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
• Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Dig trenches, backfill, and compact soil as needed
• Assist carpenters
• Set up and break down work areas, barricades, and safety signage
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or foreman

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous construction experience required, preferably carpentry
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Good knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and dependability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
