Our platform supports a wide array of content, including tables, schedules, standings, and statistics. We are seeking a skilled C# .NET Developer to help build and maintain efficient, scalable back-end services and web applications.<br><br>
Position Overview:
We are looking for a C# .NET Developer responsible for building web applications and back-end services. Your primary responsibilities will be designing and developing these applications, and coordinating with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.<br><br>
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications.</li><li>Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.</li><li>Implement and maintain dependency injection patterns for loosely coupled, testable code.</li><li>Write optimized SQL queries and database interactions using LINQ.</li><li>Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.</li><li>Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.</li><li>Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.</li><li>Create database schemas that represent and support business processes.</li><li>Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.<br><br></li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.</li><li>Strong experience with the .NET framework (.NET Core / .NET 6+).</li><li>Solid understanding of dependency injection principles and IoC containers.</li><li>Proficiency with LINQ for data querying and manipulation.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and writing optimized SQL queries.</li><li>Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.</li><li>Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.</li><li>Experience with ASP.NET, Web APIs, and Blazor.</li><li>Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.</li><li>Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds.</li><li>Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Azure DevOps.</li><li>Familiarity with continuous integration.<br><br></li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with Entity Framework or Dapper.</li><li>Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#.</li><li>Experience with Blazor WASM and MudBlazor.</li><li>Prior experience in the sports industry or with sports-related web applications.</li><li>Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest).<br><br></li></ul>
