In this dynamic role, you will play a key role in securing credit approvals, offering tailored financial solutions, and ensuring seamless vehicle delivery.聽

Key Responsibilities:

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Working on a schedule and as needed ensure customer service goals are met, and paperwork is complete

路聽 聽 聽 聽 Present and sell Business Office products, highlighting their benefits to customers.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Contact customers and ensuring credit are approved with BMW聽Financial Services in a timely manner

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Print paper work,聽ensuring聽its accurately, and licensing vehicles for delivery

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Split deals and preparing the necessary paper work聽 for the Accounting department

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ensuring necessary paper work are in order for Sales Manager to commission deal

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Fund deal with BMW Financial Services and Banks in a timely manner

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Maintaining or exceeding targeted average GP for the Business Office聽

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Promote a positive professional impression of retail operations, working as a team with sales, and other peers

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Maintain a log of all sales by the Business Office broken down into penetration percentage

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Selling extended warranty to current owners to generate more income

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Performing lease buy-out in order to generate more income

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Maintain current on product knowledge

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Other duties of a general or unspecified nature as may be required to achieve the overall effectiveness of BMW Toronto
