<p>We are Systematix and we are looking for a <b>Business Analyst </b>for an upcoming opportunity with a public sector client. The ideal candidate must already possess a security clearance at the Reliability level (Level I) or higher. The expected start date for this contract is February 2026 until November 2026.</p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Project</b></p><p>Digital Delivery Enablement team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who is a critical liaison between business needs and solutions, supporting the early phase of business readiness in advance of transforming our corporate functions (HR, Finance, Procurement). This role ensures alignment of deliverables required in the process, data, change and technical streams of work, ensuring all initiatives meet business needs, while influencing the prioritization of actions to deliver timely business value. The Analyst facilitates collaboration between technical and business teams. </p><p><br></p><p><b>About the Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Gather, document, and analyze data requirements, supporting the development of a data dictionary that covers HR, Finance and procurement processes. Support the prioritization of data assessment work, and establishment and alignment of a corrective action plan.</li><li>Work closely with the HR, Finance, Procurement, Data and Process teams to ensure alignment between process development and data inventory.</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders, management, Line of Business SMEs, and team members to ensure artifacts are clearly understood.</li><li>Contribute to the deliverables required to support business readiness for an ERP implementation, including deliverable review and preparation, governance content preparation, action plans (Process, Data, Governance, Change, Design & Roadmap).</li><li>Support the initiative team by highlighting risks, dependencies, and deliverable timelines. Collaborating with leads to ensure business value is delivered by effectively managing risks and dependencies effectively.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>About the Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Undergraduate Degree in Commerce, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field </li><li>7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar position </li><li>2+ years of experience working within a digital journey or digitalization project(s) </li><li>Experience with data and process inventory/design work </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p><b>Assets:</b></p><ul><li>BA Certification such as IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP ) or IIBA Agile Analysis Certificate or willingness to obtain </li><li>Experience with modern ERP's and large transformation programs</li><li>Experience working in Finance, HR and/or Procurement portfolios </li><li>Master's Certificate in Business Analysis </li><li>Agile Certification such as PMI Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) or similar </li><li>French/English Bilingual </li><li>Experience in financial industry / insurance, products and services </li><li>Experience in business intelligence, data, and reporting </li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Candidates must outline in detail how they meet the above requirements.</b></p><p><br></p><p>At Systematix, our core values-excellence, collaboration, respect, and knowledge as a pursuit-underpin our commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment.
