We are searching for a driven and creative Brand Manager, Mass Beauty who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for beauty, health, and lifestyle brands. This individual combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing fresh ideas to life while managing multiple projects with precision. If you’re entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and eager to shape the growth of iconic brands across Canada, this role is for you.

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Marketing & Brand Management, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing programs, creative strategies, and brand initiatives across Canada. This position oversees multiple channels of distribution, driving brand growth and achieving strategic objectives.


Location: Oakville (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Compensation: $80K – $90K annually
Contract: 18-Month Full-Time


Key Responsibilities

Communications & Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with global counterparts, external suppliers, and vendors from concept to completion.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute launch plans.

  • Lead and attend briefing sessions to review products, timelines, and launches.

  • Ensure consistent communication and follow-up across all project stakeholders.

Brand & Marketing Management

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow market share and brand visibility.

  • Lead product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with retailers.

  • Oversee merchandising updates, planograms, and visual standards across multiple retailers.

  • Analyze consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform strategies.

  • Create and manage marketing collateral, advertising, packaging copy, and sales materials.

  • Drive E-Commerce initiatives and recommend innovative tactics for brand growth.

Finance & Forecasting

  • Monitor and manage budgets, pricing structures, and sales targets.

  • Forecast promotional and saleable inventory to optimize sales and reduce out-of-stocks.

  • Track expenses, prepare business reviews, and ensure fiscal accountability.

  • Manage discontinuations and clearance programs to balance inventory levels.

Leadership & Strategic Impact

  • Influence brand strategies with data-driven insights on product, pricing, and packaging trends.

  • Conduct regular competitive studies and market visits.

  • Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance.

  • Negotiate effectively with external partners to meet cost and timeline objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (preferred).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CPG, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, Skincare, Fragrance, or Professional Brands.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite.

  • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
