They are building an online consultation platfom that allows users to seek guidance about life decisions and issues from experts. This position is in <strong>Vancouver</strong>. This role requires bilingual spoken and written abilities in English and Mandarin. </p><p></p><p>You Will: </p><ul><li>Be responsible for full cycle recruitment and onboarding </li><li>Grow the company&#39;s talent pipeline </li><li>Support in collecting data on recruitment pipeline</li><li>Manage payroll and maintain employee data </li><li>Answer questions related to employment laws and regulations </li><li>Communicate and respond to employee issues and concerns </li><li>Manage interpersonal conflicts and difficult situations with confidence and discretion</li></ul><p>You Have:</p><ul><li>2 years of experience in human resources</li><li>Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Up to date knowledge of employment standards and labour laws </li><li>Strong abilities in Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul><p>Salary: 50-60k</p><p>If this opportunity sounds like something that fits your career path, please apply to this posting; we&#39;d love to talk to you!</p><p></p><p></p><p></p></p></p>
