Our expertise includes aircraft interior, structural, manufacturing, and maintenance solutions for OEMs, MROs, and operators across North America.</p><p>We offer carefully designed programs and benefits, including time-off, insurance, and other plans, to support our teams and meet evolving operational and regulatory requirements.</p><p><strong>Summary of Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Perform and ensure proper completion of all avionics maintenance and modification tasks as contracted by the customer, both in the hangar and on the ramp.</p></li><li><p>Troubleshoot, install, repair, and test avionics systems and components in accordance with approved technical data and procedures.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that all components installed on aircraft are properly certified and that required documentation is complete and accurate.</p></li><li><p>Carry out all duties in compliance with the applicable Avionics Control Manual and Transport Canada regulatory standards.</p></li><li><p>Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.</p></li><li><p>Attend training courses as directed by company management to maintain current knowledge and certifications.</p></li><li><p>Adhere to the company&#39;s Safety Management System (SMS) Policy and contribute to a culture of safety.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills Required:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Working towards or hold a valid Transport Canada E Licence (Avionics).</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in avionics maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Experience working on business aircraft types is considered an asset.</p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.</p></li><li><p>Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and good communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and nights, as required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Muskoka, ON</p><p><strong>Term:</strong> Permanent, Full-time</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> 40 hours per week</p><p><strong>Language</strong><strong>: </strong>English</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Commuter benefits</li><li>Dental care</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul><p><strong>Other benefits only for international candidates</strong></p><ul><li>Lodging</li><li>Rental car</li><li>Flight ticket</li><li>Health insurance</li></ul><p></p></p></p>
