This is a high-impact role for a relationship-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. </span></font></p><p><font face="times new roman"><span ><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></span></font></p><p><font face="times new roman"><span >Advisor Support & Performance </span></font></p><ul><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Coach Advisors to maximize productivity, revenue, and client service quality </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Facilitate business planning and connect teams with internal partners (Insurance, Expert Team, Wealth Management Solutions Group) </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Provide tactical solutions to improve team efficiency and client experience </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Conduct regular meetings to identify performance obstacles and growth opportunities </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Assist with succession planning and team development initiatives </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Represent the firm at community and corporate events </span></font></li></ul><p><font face="times new roman"><span >Business Development & Recruitment </span></font></p><ul><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Generate actionable business development ideas and tools for Advisors </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Review and approve Marketing Allowance requests within firm guidelines </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Contribute to recruitment efforts and build relationships in the local market </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Support onboarding and integration of new Advisors </span></font></li></ul><p><font face="times new roman"><span >Leadership & Communication </span></font></p><ul><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Act as a strategic liaison between Advisors and senior leadership </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Communicate organizational goals, policy changes, and strategic initiatives clearly and effectively </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Support Advisors through change management and adoption of new tools and processes </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Lead and assist in hosting branch and regional meetings </span></font></li></ul><p><font face="times new roman"><span >Operational & Compliance Oversight </span></font></p><ul><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Handle escalations and resolve day-to-day operational issues </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies through coaching and communication </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Maintain the compliance structure and oversee the Regional Compliance Monitor </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Evaluate and provide feedback to improve customer service and client experience </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Set performance objectives for associates, sales assistants, and administrative staff </span></font></li></ul><p><font face="times new roman"><span >Qualifications & Requirements </span></font></p><ul><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >6–8 years of experience in the brokerage industry, including 4+ years managing Advisors </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Eligible for CIRO registration (RR license & Branch Manager Course preferred) </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Completion of CSI Investment Dealer Supervisory Course (IDSC), Canadian Securities Course (CSC), and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) preferred </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Strong client-centric approach and business development skills </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and partner engagement abilities </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Proven ability to solve complex problems and mediate within large teams </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Superior oral and written communication skills </span></font></li><li><font face="times new roman"><span >Ability to travel frequently across the Prairies Region </span></font></li></ul><p><font face="times new roman"><span >National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is one of Canada’s largest securities brokerage firms, with nearly 850 Advisors managing assets for over 300,000 clients.
