Job Description
*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality dental care and will have experience in a variety of dental procedures. *Duties*
* Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
* Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including restorative, preventive, and emergency procedures.
* Utilize dental software such as Dentrix for patient record management and treatment planning.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
* Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options.
* Maintain accurate medical records using Epic and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards.
* Provide pediatric dental care with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for young patients.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry, including CAD technology for restorative procedures.
*Experience*
* Dental office experience is required, with a strong understanding of clinical procedures and patient management.
* Familiarity with Dentrix software is preferred
* Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
