<p><h3>Application Managed Services - SAP Integrations - Technical Consultant</h3>
<p>Join EY as a Technical Consultant within our Managed Services team. This role focuses on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), ensuring seamless data flow between SAP and non‑SAP systems across multiple clients.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide ongoing support for SAP Cloud Integrations across AMS engagements.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain end‑to‑end interfaces, including message mappings (XSLT, JSON/XML) and routing logic.</li>
<li>Monitor integrations, manage service tickets, and meet SLAs.</li>
<li>Participate in release management, regression testing, and deployment of SAP platform releases.</li>
<li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.</li>
<li>Document changes, SOPs, and user guides for client reference.</li>
<li>Stay current with SAP platform updates and AMS delivery trends; recommend best practices.</li>
<li>Provide training and guidance to client stakeholders and junior consultants.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Collaboration & Client Engagement</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with client stakeholders, AMS delivery leads, and cross‑functional teams.</li>
<li>Lead regular client calls to review defects, problems, and enhancement requests.</li>
<li>Build strong relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.</li>
<li>Mentor junior team members and share knowledge internally.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Skills and Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP CI and SAP API‑M.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of API frameworks and SAP CI connectors (ODATA, SOAP, RESTful Services, IDoc, HTTPS, SFTP, ABAP proxies).</li>
<li>Strong background in Java, Python, or other object‑oriented programming language.</li>
<li>Clear understanding of SAP Cloud Platform (Cloud Foundry) and platform services.</li>
<li>Good understanding of XML/Atom, JSON, EDI, cXML, plain‑text formats, data transmission protocols, security protocols, CI/CD pipelines, transport & message layer protocols.</li>
<li>Experience with SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS).</li>
<li>Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Bonus Points For</h3>
<ul>
<li>Exposure to HR/HCM domain.</li>
<li>Experience with Boomi.</li>
<li>ABAP programming (HR‑ABAP custom programs).</li>
<li>Knowledge of PI/PO or other SAP Integration products.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL processes.</li>
<li>Exposure to Agile and ITIL‑based delivery models.</li>
<li>Client‑facing experience in consulting or managed services.</li>
<li>Bilingual (English/French).</li>
